Whether you have an existing course or new build you will need to ensure your staff are fully competent and confident before they are let loose with customers.
Instructor training is a two tiered system
Level 1 instructors are trained to provide the safety brief, kit up guests and look after your customers.
Level 2 instructors have all the same training as level 1’s but with the additional training to perform an evacuation from the course.
Continual Professional Development (CPD) is a way of providing ongoing training to your instructors to help maintain their competents and confidence.
